JOB DEscriptION:

Meet with client to discuss projects and understand client requirementsEnsure all information from client meetings/discussions are relayed internally so that everyone in the team is updated and alignedDiscuss client requirement with creative teamParticipate in brainstorming meetings and creative sessionsPresent creative proposals for discussion, evaluation and approval that are brand appropriate and adhere to brand guidelinesMake client presentation and assist in making cost estimate for projectsAssist accounts teams in resolving issues by responding in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate with subcontractors or outside vendors when necessaryKeep up to date with latest design software, trends and techniquesSupervise the creative team’s daily workflow, assign project workload and monitor deadlinesAddress issues or delays in the project as well as client feedbackDeliver completed projects on time

QUALIFICATIONS:

College GraduateTalented and motivatedCreative and strategic thinkerPossess leadership qualities to maximize talent within the teamUnderstand creative output for digital and traditional platformsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to work under pressureAbility to meet tight deadlinesKnowledgeable in multimedia arts, 3D/graphic design, illustration or other relatedExperience in the events industry an advantageGood organizational skills and able to plan and prioritize workloadAbility to work with minimum supervision
