Optimize Productivity and Quality of the Sea Logistics Business Unit.Guide operations to satisfy Internal Customers (Kuehne Nagel Branches).Lead Continuous Improvement Projects within his/her DepartmentLead and Support projects to support and develop use of Automation tools and ProcessesControl the implementation of new processes in her/his area.Control the implementation of KPI's and ReportingCoordinate department meetings to verify if goals were reached, Communicate department productivity, quality goals.Be responsible for team management : Looking for a back-up when absent employees, rotations, keep a good working environment, etc.Be aware of employee's vacations, breaks, overtime assignment and communicate with HR.Prepare Performance Appraisal evaluations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Good communication skillsBachelor's degree is requiredKnowledge in SALOG and MS Office applicationsExperience in Sea Logistics is desirableLeadership experience is requiredAmenable to working during Holidays and Night shift
