SALES MANAGER

Basic functions:To oversee and coordinate a team of sales representatives, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. It is essential also to lead and encourage the team to reach sales targets, all while implementing the company’s policies and regulations.Specific duties and responsibilities:1.     Oversees sales, promotions, and campaigns presented.2.     Plans and directs the training of new sales representatives.3.     Directs, and coordinates all sales activities.4.     Prepares sales budgets, and projections and submits expenditures for approval.5.     Tracks and analyzes sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.6.     Handles and resolves customer complaints regarding the service and products.7.     Sets discount rates and determines price schedules for submission to the Director for final approval before implementation.8.     Advises sales representatives/agents on policies and SOPs of the company.Job Qualifications:1.     Must be a bachelor's Degree graduate majoring in Marketing and Sales2.     Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the managerial role and can set up the group’s target based on the company goal set by management.3.     Can command the numbers for target and push the sales.4.     Good communication skills in both oral and written English.5.     Has good EQ and can work under pressure.6.     Very objective in all dealings.7 Good in planning and execution.8. Willing to work in GUIGUINTO BULACAN

The company became known because of the UK-based programs and full day-care programs. The company then started to accept SPED classed and applied behavior analysis therapy. In April 2020, the company decided to offer our first online class since the pandemic struck last March of the same year. Moving forward with the norm in education, FUNTALK Online tutor merged with little champions. In July 2020, an official merging of Funtalk and Little Champions happened. Both Funtalk and Little Champions are under the umbrella of Rising Hope Edutech Corporation. We then started another brand Jolly Champs International.
