Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Broadcasting Communication, Marketing, or equivalentAt least 3 years of related work experience and knowledgeable in graphic designing tory managementBackground in event organizing and managementFlexible and willing to work long hours to meet deadlinesSimple inventory and booth managementHigh level of creativity and multitasking capabilitiesBasic PhotographyWilling to do fieldworkWilling to be assigned in Fortune, Marikina (Manufacturing Plant)Duties and Responsibilities:Key personnel in charge of assisting the implementation of campaigns to advertise and promote Armscor Global Defense, Inc.'s products and services and monitor the inventory of marketing materials.Assist in the planning of advertising campaigns across various forms of mediaAssist in the organization of the annual show sponsored by the companyAssist in the conducting facility toursAssist in the organization of display units in local and international trade and defense shows and competitionsPrepare requests for display units and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the required items will be delivered in timeSet up venues for company activitiesPrepare monitoring reports regularlyEnsure both requirements are prepared completely and timelyEnsure booth items are in good conditionMonitor inventory of the marketing materials, corporate giveaways, and other corporate relations related items in stock and report on its stock statusPerform other tasks deemed necessary by immediate supervisor
