Brief Job Description:
o Craft processes and systems related to UProsper business model development and field trials across
the country
o Supervise Village Advisers by managing operations and finances
o Ensure partnership with planters, insurance, harvesters and related corn operations service providers
o Determine base yield and final yield of farmers including Return on Investment
o Continuous follow-ups with internal & external stakeholders to align with UProsper projects/ activities
deliverables.
