Field Training Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Measurement of and tracking on functional training KPIs to meet sales strategic objectivesImplement and evaluate modular trainings or workshops and special event training modules for all stakeholders as necessitated by local or regional needsResponsible for the role modeling, training, developing, and coaching of Training, Sales, and Store Operations TeamsMeasure the training delivery performance and impact on business resultsConduct, gather results of Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and recommendTraining Solutions design and delivery to address needs.Implement training materials and programs

Job Specifications:

Bachelor's Degree required.Additional certification in coaching, training development and delivery is an advantageAt least 5 years of experience in training implementation, coaching, and mentoring adultsFluent in EnglishReadiness to travel is a MUST (North Luzon)Analytical and has good problem-solving skillsInnovative and resourcefulMust be residing in ant part of North Luzon Provinces
