职位描述
Candidate must be willing to handle both Visayas and Mindanao area.
Must be based in Cebu and have key accouts/trade exposure.
The purpose of the job
Plan, direct and control the sales business strategies of the team to achieve sales, market share and expenditure through the effective implementation of the marketing plans. This includes ensuring that sales personnel are given the proper training and development.
Responsibilities
l Develop the maximum sales of the company’s products in the assigned area through the team members.
l Contribute positively to the Sales, Marketing and Medical Teams through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
l Participate in the recruitment of personnel who are able to meet job requirements
l Complete needs analysis and provide ongoing training and development through individual formal group training in relation to job performance standards
l Ensure the execution of all marketing plans according to company policy
l Control and monitor individual and team sales performance in relation to execution of marketing plans, promotional expenditure and sales outcomes
l Analyze individual and team performance parameters by conducting appraisals of team members according to company guidelines relating to job performance
l Through effective leadership build a culture that values, recognizes and generates high performance and that raises the standards and energizes the people
l Analyze and recommend the resource requirements and geographical alignment to maximize customer coverage
l Ensure all activities of PSR comply with company policies, industry guidelines, legal demands and ethical standard
