1.0 JOB SUMMARY
Administrative tasks consisting of:
Raising purchase orders into Callidus ERP systemOpening jobs into Callidus ERP systemProcessing of customer orders within Callidus ERP systemExpediting purchase orders with vendorsFreight requisitionsAny other tasks deemed necessary by supervisor/management to perform your role2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring that all work is carried out to a high-quality standard that meets the company and customer requirement.Work within your team environment complimenting good performance keeping focus on safety, quality and reporting any problems through the correct chain of command.Provide assistance and support to personnel within your team. Highlight any performance issues to your supervisor.Effectively communicate to all personnel, suppliers and clients.Represent Callidus on a high-level standard.3.0 COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
