E-Commerce Admin Assistant

Manage Lazada and Shopee platform’s day-to-day operations, which includes consolidating of orders from each brand and encode unto internal ordering system.Monitor failed deliveries, returns and cancelled orders for proper adjustments by respective departments.Coordinate with Merchandising Supervisor & Manager on actions to be taken in relation to customer inquiries and/or complaints.Encode quantities allocated by the Merchandising Supervisor & Manager on the e-commerce platform.Alignment with Merchandising and Marketing on promotions, which may entail enrollment of products and changes on pricing for certain durations.Communicate with logistics on issues that may arise on stock availability, customer special requests, pick-up and delivery.Download reports that the Merchandising Supervisor & Manager may request from time to time.
