QMS Audit Officer

Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Auditing, Accounting, Finance or any course relatedWith 2 years above relevant experience in Auditing or Quality Management experienceExtensive knowledge with QMS Audits and any related audit performancesFamiliarize with ISO 9001 lead auditor course Apply and uphold the principles of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, agility and competencyPossess strong knowledge of internal control management on business processesExhibit strong analytical skillsEffectively interact with all levels of the organizationPerforms audit procedures based on the audit calendar, audit checklists and specific discussions with the Audit Manager. Accomplishes and maintains necessary working papers for the review and validation of the Audit Manager including but may not be limited to the audit checklists.Prepares the initial audit report which may not be limited to the procedures performed, findings and recommendations for the review of the Audit Manager.Ensures the resolution of any and all review points raised by the Audit Manager.Assists the Audit Manager in the discussion of the audit report with the auditee and/or top management as applicable.Resolves follow up questions, pending items and other concerns raised in the course of the audit and the discussion of the audit report.Maintains working papers for each audit project.Issues appropriate Corrective Action Requests and follows through on their resolution.
