FINANCE ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Minimum Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Accountancy

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- With good working knowledge of SAP

- Must have 5 – 8 years relevant experience

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Resourceful, highly analytical and organized

- With very good attention to detail

- With leadership and inter-personal skills

- Problem solving and decision making capability

- Very good working knowledge of statutory, tax and PEZA reporting

- Very good working knowledge of IFRS and PFRS compliance reporting

- Extensive experience in audit and financial statement reporting

Responsibilities:

• Formulates and implements policies and procedures relating to financial management, budget/forecast, accounting and allied processes

• Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers, asset management and its safekeeping

• Periodic analysis and review of general ledger and initiates adjustment as necessary

• Directs and participates in cost analyses

• Supports in internal and external audit activities, providing schedules and comparative analyses as necessary

• Preparation of end-to-end financial statements (statement of financial position, income, equity and cash flow), including its timely submission

• Periodic review and assessment of financial processes and tools, enforcing internal control compliance and initiate improvements as identified

• Participates in the budget/forecast process

• Facilitates and prepares statutory, tax and PEZA reports

• Prepares and submit group reports

• Project controlling from order to cash collection

• Prepares related ad-hoc reports, as required
