JOB QUALIFICATION:

Work experience is NOT REQUIREDBachelor's degree in any field of studyBasic knowledge in computer and programs/applicationsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsOutstanding customer service skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing and Sales: shall be responsible for active marketing of the microfinance loan product, as well as identifying and validating new potential customers.Loan Origination and Account Assessment: shall be responsible for adhering the company’s origination process which includes sourcing of loan applications, validating and verifying information, as well as detailed credit and background investigation/ checking of the borrowers.documentation: prepares and ensures complete documentation of all loan applications.Loan Proposal and Presentation: responsible in preparing for Credit Committee loan proposals and presentations for loan approval.Account Management and Monitoring: shall strictly observe credit policies and disbursement procedures set by management and provide necessary check and balance in the conduct of his/ her responsibilities.Any other tasks and functions as may be assigned by management.
