Sales and Admin Associate I

Primary Purpose of the PositionAs a Sales Associate you will be responsible for finding potential customers through PHILGEPS or any other means through formal presentations and persuading these customers to purchase a company’s goods and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides assistance to Sales Department during and after sales.Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.Understanding and promoting company programs.Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.Preparing sales contract for orders and bidding documents.Maintaining client records.Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.Assists Sales Representative and Sales Engineer with bid documents preparation, technical presentation and other related sales matter.Additional Task:Inventory of give-away to clients such as notebook, ballpen and etc.

Ability to communicate technical information via phone and in person.Strong negotiation, sales and presentation skills.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Good listening skills.Must be able to provide concise information about the products.HardworkingGood professionalismExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Specification

At least with experience in preparing bidding documents and attending bidding.At least with experience in sales presentationPreferably with Bachelor’s Degree.Familiarity on virtual meetings.-
