Job DescriptionCandidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.Strong labor relations, employee relations, records management, and recruitment background.Strong leadership, customer service, and project management skills.BPO and/or volume hiring experience is an advantage.Excellent communication skills.Can start immediately.Knows the VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions in Google Sheets. Knows how to do PIVOT in Google Sheets.
