Responsibilities
Manage all efforts of the company's entire sales team, strategically planning while ensuring customer satisfactionOwn and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studiesAnalyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvementProvide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsRequirements
Master’s degree / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field.Minimum of 5 years in a similar role Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skillsProven ability to position products against competitorsExpert level interpersonal skillsBe able to mentor and coach peopleCompetent with Microsoft Office SuiteProven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentKeen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
