Responsibilities:

Acquires in-depth familiarity and knowledge of the geographic profile of his area relevant to the network development thrust of the region.Responsible for initial mapping and generating a list of new possible sites.Conduct site visits to evaluate property management, property marketability, and market positioning.Handles the existing lease and negotiations of all brands.Ensures timely site turn-over to construction.Responsible for financial and statistical modeling and preparation of site package.Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements

Requirements:

Ideally, a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Management), or at least a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, or MarketingAt least three (3) years' experience in a related field with extensive knowledge about real estate, retail network development, and site selection and acquisitionProfessional working fluency in English and FilipinoExposure and prior experience working on financial and statistical modeling as well as financial statements is preferred. With adequate exposure in handling contracts and other legal agreements, profit, and loss statements, and background in financial and statistical modeling, sales forecasting, and site selection.Willing to travel4 Full-time positions available.
