Admin/Sales Engineer Processing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Quotation Processing

Create and input inquiry details to the company's system.evaluate commercial and technical details, review, upload client details and drawing to the company's system.Prepare technical review requests and amendments, prepare new inquiry acknowledgement and clarifications.Request for shipping costs, prepare all related forms.Accomplish related tasks to complete the process.

Sales Order Processing

Create sales order no., upload PO details and other supporting documents to the company's system.Perform order checking, validate and review drawings, prepare order clarification and new order acknowledgement.Prepare technical review, generate Foundry PO, PO Analysis and OA file.Accomplish related tasks to complete the process.

Coordinate with all related departments on all issues and concerns relating to quotation processing and sales order processing.

Requirements:

A degree holder of Mechanical Engineering is an advantage, or must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field of engineering.At least with 2 years of working experience.Knowledge in basic mechanical drawing interpretation is an advantage.Experience in quote and order processing is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.Good English communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment.A good team player, can work with minimum supervision.Immediate availability or within short notice.
