Network / Dealer Development Manager

The Network Development Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal market coverage and distinct brand presence to achieve sales and aftersales target. Also responsible in implementing network and specific dealer development plans and maintain excellent dealership relations, providing consulting advice/coaching to dealers for financial performance improvement, and providing coordinated approach of retail processes as well as improvement of qualification of retail and wholesale staff in products and behavior.  JOB SPECIFICATION:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Economics, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.Required skill(s): dealer/network development and planning, leadership and mentoring, customer service and relationship management, business acumen, reports analysis, Presentations And Demonstrations.At least 7year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in 1008 EDSA Greenhills,San Juan.Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.1 Full-Time position(s) available.
