Graduate of Business course, or any related course.With 2-5 years working experience in Sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must have experience in FMCG non-food related. has experience in baby products (ie: diapers, wet wipes, etc).Around 30 to 45

Job Description:

Seek out potential clients and maintain a good relationship.Planning out market promotionsMust be familiar with merchandising and payment terms, Develop new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and meet budget guidelines.Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.Ensure products availability and visibility in all outlets covered as per the company's distribution and merchandising objectives.Achieve volume and value targets through sales, at specified prices.Monitor sales and identify opportunities to increase account revenue.Maintain good client relations to build excellent reputation of service to produce repeat business.Conduct store visits to drive excellent execution of in-store programs and achieve business objectives.Intervene and resolve conflicts either due to miscommunication or negligence.Take initiative in ensuring departmental compliance.
