Establishes new vendor contacts and relationships for Recruitment.Negotiates, Identifies client prospects and signs key partnership contracts for potential partners.Develops and implements the strategy of attracting new clients.Becomes the consultant and provides them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize the success and growth of the business.Looks out for new opportunities to extend the range of categories available on the marketplace.

Qualifications:

2+ years prior experience in customer-facing roles in Recruitment Industry.Proven experience in a leadership role is required.Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers.Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills.Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls.Superior organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly.Innovative, creative thinking skills ensure the organization provides a cutting-edge client experience.Can start ASAP.Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
