What you need to
land the position:
• At least 1 year corporate
outbound BPO sales experience
(upselling and promodizing are not
considered)
• 1 year of Experience in
Consultative selling and Pipeline
Management
• Must have attended 1 year of
college or university (if you
are below educational requirement
but have strong sales background, you are
HIGHLY ENCOURAGE to apply)
• Good sense of urgency - should
you pass initial assessment;
you are expected to comply and
respond on a timely manner as you progress to
the next steps. Slow responses may
lead to the team selecting another potential
candidate who have also applied for
the position.
• Knowledge in digital
advertising/online campaign management is
a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work in shifting
schedules
• People with successful referrals
