Account Manager - (Hybrid Work Setup)

Job Summary: The Account Manager is mainly responsible in providing the best talent sourcing solutions and excellent aftersales service to Workabroad.ph and Seamanjobsite.com clients.

Responsibilities:

Offer Workabroad.ph and Seamanjobsite.com services to clients through regular call outs and/or meetings.Identify talent sourcing needs of clients through proper probing.Proactively provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct client visits occasionally to ensure accounts coverage and build long term partnerships.Monitors and tracks own performance to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are achieved.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.At least 2 years of experience in Business-to-Business Telesales or Corporate Sales is required.Has excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Customer-oriented, has passion for service and exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges.Able to work with minimum supervision and productively work with teams.Has the passion for helping people, excellence, and innovation.
