Logistics / Delivery Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily logistics activities.Organizing trips to merchandising events and making travel arrangements for service vehicles as required.Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, quality personnel, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments. Updating OR and CR of service vehicles.Coordinate with other departments for the concerns such as accounting, motor pool, and schedules.Assisting with analyses and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any program.At least 5 years of work experience as a Delivery Officer or Logistics Supervisor.Highly organized and keen on details.Articulate in providing instructions and capable of commanding.
