We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to join us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding to customer inquiries through chat, text and phone.Introducing promotions and new products to customers.Cross-selling and up-selling products to increase purchase amounts.Inputting customer orders and ensuring orders are delivered/received.Customer relationship building.REQUIREMENTS:
Atleast 1 year experience in chat sales or any related field.Minimum typing speed of 35 CWPM.Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.Can handle customer feedback/objections gracefully and professionally.Atleast college level.
