Job Summary
Provides technical support to IFMC clients
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Provides excellent veterinary technical services by giving full support in implementing programs set by the management to achieve better farm performance, management and customer service;
2) Conducts regular visits to key direct farms, dealers/megadealers and distributors in the
area;
3) On time submission of weekly itinerary and complete weekly;
4) Conducts municipal/private/semi private seminars to prospect clients in the area;
5) Train Technicians to conduct seminars in Brgy level and educates them with technical
progress report and capabilities of IFMC;
6) Participates in company related activities such as Vet Missions, launching etc;
7) Conducts customer service surveys and prospecting;
8) Give prompt reports on customer complaints and recommendations.
