Area Validation Consultant [Project-based role]

Job Summary: Responsible for collecting and encoding data of all types of accounts related to the construction industry including contractors, government agencies, and traders through routing. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Route all PCAB contractors, government agencies, and traders to assigned territory

2. Collect and encode all data and submit it on a weekly basis

3. Discuss all collected data via Zoom Meeting on a weekly basis

4. Provide competitor report

5. Product presentation and demonstration to all accounts with thermoplastic equipment

6. Provide technical assistance to clients with thermoplastic application problems, if needed

*Consultancy Duration – 2 months

Qualifications:

1. Education – College Graduate (Associate or Bachelors' Degree)

2. Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Viber and Zoom application

3. Experience – minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience preferably from the Construction Materials, FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industry

4. Abilities

- Must be able to work independently and submit output in accordance to set deadlines and specifications

- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and co-workers

- Highly organized and possesses a sense of urgency in responding to calls, messages, and queries

- Can drive a motorcycle

5. Must be willing to route in the open areas mentioned.

6. Must be from exact city and familiar with the entire provincial scope 

Working Environment:

Field-based - Travel within assigned territory visiting offices and project sites

Physical Requirements:

Preferably have motorcycle for routing

Requires walking and talking with clients for prolonged period of time

Other Requirements:

Own laptop/working computer (for data reporting)

Perks:

Fee from Php 16, 000 – 18,000 monthly

Allowances up to 10,000 monthly
