Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.Candidate must have a relevant experience in Operations, in a Management & Leadership capacity. – preferably in a Collections or Financial line of businessCandidate will be overseeing the company’s strategic and operational objectives.Candidate will review and strengthen the Management Reporting systems.He/ She will perform ad-hoc analysis to provide timely insights for management interventions.Candidate will execute cost management decision making, monitoring, and reporting activitiesMust be amendable to work on-site and on a shifting schedule.
