Stock Loan Referral Agent

As our company continues to grow expeditiously, we are seeking to hire an outstanding Stock Loan Referral Agent with extensive experience in the securities and equities markets in Philippines and surrounding jurisdictions to work within our Private Placement department. The Agent will work as an independent contractor to facilitate the origination of collateralized stock loans by leveraging previously or newly developed relationships with corporations, institutions, and high net worth individuals. The Agent will coordinate all communications and gathering of relevant documentation from initial inquiries all the way through the funding of a loan. Compensation will be in the form of origination fees and back-end commissions for loans funded. This individual will have the flexibility to work remotely and set their own schedule.
