Accounting Supervisor (Certified Public Accountant)

JOB SUMMARY: 

Oversees the entire PTP process in Finance and ensures these are carried out in line with the Core Mandatory Controls. Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of payments. Key player in month-end closing and reporting as he/she maintains accurate records and delivers both regular and ad hoc reporting requirements. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Monitors, co-ordinates and proactively drives the execution of the entire Purchase to Pay (PTP) process within Finance.On time payment of payables approved for payment by Finance Leaders.Compliance with the Core Mandatory Controls.Smooth execution and timely delivery of month end closing requirements.On time in full submission of accurate regular and ad hoc reports.Implementation of task reassignment, or reorganization, as may be required to cope with ever changing business needs.Supervise, train and develop the PTP analysts.Perform work related tasks and projects as may be assigned by the Line Managers

Qualifications:

Candidate must be BS Accountancy GraduateMust be Certified Public AccountantWith minimum experience of 4-5 years in various accounting field such as PTP, OTC, Financial/General Accounting etc.Relevant exposure in shared service, BPO or multinational environment is an advantageProficient in Microsoft applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and results orientedProactive, committed team player and willing to adapt and learn new tasksWilling to be assigned in Pasong Tamo Extension, Chino Roces, MakatiProficient in Microsoft applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and results orientedProactive, committed team player and willing to adapt and learn new tasksFull-Time positions available.Can start ASAP.
