Contributes to the net operating stations objective of the company by performing the end-to-end process of acquiring franchise agreements for Company-Owned Expanded Operator (COXO) stations.

Success in the role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Presents and negotiates the conditions of the COXO franchise package and terms of the franchise agreement/contract with franchise applicants

2. Endorses franchise costing and performance guarantee information for review and approval of authorized company representatives

3. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of assessments, reports, and information in monitoring templates gathered from different leads generation/sourcing activities

4. Facilitates the timely and effective completion of activities subsequent to the signing of franchise agreements/contracts, in relation to internal and external stakeholders
