SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING:15 Sick Leaves / 15 Vacation LeavesHMO + Life InsuranceSales Commission + IncentivesAllowances (Travel, Meal and Hotel)Free Medical Check-upOther benefits DUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESLearns product, its applications, and linkages, and the market landscape.Performs account sourcing and data gathering in assigned brand industry and/or area, through phone calls or cold canvas.Conducts product demos for prospects, emphasizing the features, advantages, and benefits of using the Company's products.Follow-through negotiation for prospects with proposals.Applies for Prospect Credit line, submits Credit Application and necessary documents to Credit and Collection.Informs the Sales Coordinator regarding delivery, installation, and training arrangements, including contact persons, documents required, and site conditions.  QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.With at least 1-2 years of experience specializing in Sales, Retail, and DistributionEffective presentation skills with an ability to interact with a diverse team.Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan City.Willing to do fieldwork.
