职位描述
The Marketing Assistant is responsible in soliciting accounts; pre-screening acceptability of loan applications; ensuring completeness of loan application and booking requirements; and booking of accounts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Account Officer in achieving sales volumeEntertains loan inquiries from various sales channelsEndeavors to be competent financial advisors to clients and loan partners and assist them throughout the Housing Loan processEnsures completeness of loan application requirements that are necessary for Credit Services to render credit decision.Identifying client’s need for a Housing Loan facility, and offering the right Housing Loan packageAims to meet the volume targets while making sure that pertinent procedures are kept and followed.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s/College Degree related to Business, Banking or FinanceKnowledge of banking processes and the real estate industryAdept in the needed MS Office systemsGood interpersonal skillsMarketing Oriented公司介绍
