TREASURY SENIOR ASSOCIATE

REPONSIBILITIES:

Works with the Treasury Manager with the objective of maintaining adequate liquidity to meet its local business requirementsMaintains relationships with banks, service providers, regulators/government agencies (BSP, BIR, SEC, BOI, etc.) that enhance the Company’s ability meet its liquidity requirementsHelps monitors debt covenants and other requirements for loan compliance, and other short-term credit facilities of the businessMonitors loan payment schedule and make sure that it is paid on time.Assist Treasury Manager to streamline, manage and rationalize bank accounts to ensure efficient use of cash, and the flow of funds for its business requirementsDevelops and prepares treasury reports and dashboard to monitor exposures and analyses financial risksIdentify, implement and optimize cash management opportunitiesAdministers transactions and short-term investments for the business;Supports Treasury Manager in the preparation of funds flow memos and ensures relevant departments and required documents are in-place to perform the necessary transactionsInitiate and drive ad-hoc projects that support the goals of an excellent Treasury DepartmentSupports the Country roll-out and implementation of treasury management softwareTogether with the Accounting Control & Tax Team, monitors, updates and maintains bank account details, authorization and user entitlements are up to-dateCoordinates and assists with the FP&A Team for accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual management reporting requirements in the Country and Regional Head Office;Supports the execution of risk mitigating strategies of the region (e.g. FX hedging), as and when necessaryProvides assistance in statutory compliance requirements as needed; andPerforms other related duties as required.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance.5 years of treasury management experience
