Financial & Reconciliation Analyst (FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY)

Responsibilities

Perform reconciliation, consulting with operations for clients, ensuring accurate data, and reporting status updates.Assess reconciliation policies and procedures and recommend improvements.Ensure reconciliation of funds, positions, and reports.Conduct account analysis, identifying and reporting trends, risks, and discrepancies.Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial informationResponsible in the preparation of Daily Financial Reports used for internal operations and projection as needed.Deliver the said Reports through accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks.Develops Financial Reports as advised by the management necessary to carry out duties and responsibilities.Performs reconciliation, analysis, management inquiry, and research for any discrepancies in the financial reports.Ensures that all balances (bank and clients' balances) are reconciled and recorded accordingly.Expected to further verify balances and correct any discrepancies/ issues identified and communicated to the management.Coordinates with other departments within the company as necessary. Apply appropriate accounting methodology for the treatment of balancesReporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impactedProducing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.Developing long-term business plans based on these reportsReviewing, monitoring and managing budgetsDeveloping strategies that work to minimize financial riskAnalyzing market trends and competitors

 Qualifications Educational Attainment

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
