FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING HEAD

The Finance and Accounting Head (FAH) oversees the finance and accounting departments.

Responsibilities include directing and managing finances, operations, and administration to

support the organization’s short- and long-term strategic goals.

Basic Job Description

Perform leadership, and supervisory role. Oversee whole Finance & Accounting operationsDevelop the overall corporate financial goals and objectives.Oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget, expense, etc.Assist in account receivable and payable activities.Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits.Follow standard accounting process for financial analysis and reporting activities.evaluate existing accounting system and recommend improvements if required.Assist in developing and managing budgeting system.Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports.Perform basic office management duties requested and work with other executives on tasks related to building upkeep and change.Review and verify purchase requisition, purchase orders and check requests prior submission and approval of the President - CEOConduct profit and cost analysis and assist operation on financial feasibility review on projects, and assists them on sourcing funds for the project.Respond to inquiries regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and cash flow reporting requests.Advise and recommend on good performing investment portfolios.Monitor and review the performance of the investment portfolios of the companyServe as financial liaison with the board, providing financial reports.Other pertinent and/or important assignments that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

CPA and minimum five (5) years of professional experience under a supervisory role.Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable informationAbility to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partnersExcellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining, Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Note:

Basic Monthly Salary – P40,000.00 - 45,000.00

Permanent Employment – Six (6) months probationary period

Location – Brgy. Balabago Iloilo City
