Business Manager for Chevrolet Ilocos Norte

Manage the overall operation of the dealership.Develops strategies, directs development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising & event support.Ensures the successful implementation of all the marketing campaigns & projects.Writes proposals for new business, participates in planning and presentation sessions when assigned.Establishes sales territories & quotas.Seeks out and establishes new accounts.Represents the company when dealing with the dealer principal, business associates and customers.Ensures that all transactions with banks and financing institutions are in accordance with the set standards of the company.Parts & Service ManagementDelegates work assignments, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.Plans, develops, recommends and coordinates implementation of personnel and compensation changes.Facilitates employee development through mentoring, cross training, and public seminars and trainings.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.Required skill(s): sales, marketing, automotive, operations management, leadership, driving.At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Assistant Managers / Managers Experienced Employees specializing in Business Operations, Automotive / Corporate Sales or equivalent.Applicants must be willing to work in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.Full-Time position(s) available.
