General Statement of Duties:Effectively manages an audit team. Works closely with management to implement the audit plans and programs, to identify, assess risks and monitor implementation, review effectiveness of internal control systemDuties and Responsibilities:Develop an audit strategic planIdentifies and assesses risks, designs policies and procedures and implements according to set standard.Manages the whole audit group and other assignment in the area of responsibilityOrients the audit team of the department's role, function and area of responsibilitiesOrganizes, plans, schedules and monitors progress of various ongoing audit being conducted by groupProvides action plan and alternative solutions and corrective measures to manage risksQualifications:Must be CPAAt least 10 years related work experience in audit or risk managementExcellent communication(presentation and facilitation skills) both oral and written communicationExceptional communication (presentation and facilitation skills) both oral and writtenProficient in MS Office Applications
