Corporate Lawyer (w/ Govt. Law Enforcement Experience)

Job DescriptionCorporate lawyer will handle all our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. The principal goal will be to guarantee that the company and its clients are protected from unwarranted intrusions from government regulatory and law enforcement agencies, and ensure all company’s transactions are compliant with state laws and regulations.Other duties will include consulting and leading all corporate legal processes and to pro-actively work to eliminate possible legal risks and violations. The successful candidate will have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.Responsibilities:Prepare the appropriate legal documentsevaluate contracts with business partners and subcontractors.Represent the company in legal proceedings.Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.Protect the company against legal risks and violations.Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in law.Member of the BarA minimum of 3 years’ experience as a lawyer, preferably in the area of criminal defense;With experience in handling Law Enforcement Operations by the PNP, NBI, and other government agencies, as well as investigations incident theretoExcellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.Willing to work in a graveyard shift.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentOffice Location: Sinocan Corporate Center Paranaque City
