PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/ ATTRIBUTES:

Preferably Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Electronic Computer Engineering. MS Units will be an advantage;Preferably with experience in computer programmingAbove average verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; and

BRIEF DEscriptION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads in development of nutrition information packages like Annual Report, Menu Guide Calendar, Desk Calendar, FNRI Digest, FNRI Updates, Interactive materials, NNS Flyers or Factsheets, Souvenir Program, Book of Abstracts, mobile applications, and other digital formats;Conducts pre-testing of IEC packages;evaluates F&N IEC packages in terms of nutrition knowledge change and self-efficacy among intended users;Develops media releases for distribution to media partners;Supervises maintenance of “Oh My Gulay! Sa FNRI”;Prepares project proposals for submission to local and international funding agencies;Prepares manuscript or technical paper on evaluation of IEC packages for possible submission to international journal;Establishes PPPs;Supervises and monitors implementation of Creative and Publication Unit (CPU) projects and activities; andPerforms other duties assigned by the supervisor.
