JOB PURPOSEFocuses on growth of the PC business in the branch through implementation of sales and marketing plans for revenue growth, recruitment, training, and coaching of Dealers.KEY RESPonSIBILITIESEnsures achievement of sales revenue targets and implements Sales and Marketing Programs to achieve revenue growth.Manages activities for Dealer Recruitment, briefings on PC business, Dealer training and coaching, and other initiatives to support Dealers in growing their revenues and capabilitiesManages Sales and Marketing promotional activities and product launches and makes available selling aids, collaterals, merchandising materials, and premium itemsImplements all Branch operating standards and proceduresProvides quality management information in a timely manner through standard reportsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other analogous courses or equivalent Sales experienceStrong sales drive and communication skills, good analytical and mathematical abilities, resilient even in the face of difficulties or obstacles, creative, and thrives in a multi-tasking role
