Account Receivable Specialist

Job Description

Responsible for Accounts Receivables function by ensuring that billings are sent on time to the clients.Ensure the completeness and accuracy of quantity and amounts indicated in the billings and receipts. Keep and maintain accounts receivable records in proper orders. Monitor and collect accounts receivables within the scheduled due date. Reconcile the accounts receivable accounts to ensure that all billing are verified and payments are accounted for and properly posted.Monitor payments and collection, generation, review, and preparation of AR aging reports.Monitor client past due accounts. Schedule and aging of receivables. Reconcile account balances of clients and prepare statements of accounts for their outstanding balances. Maintain favorable relationships with clients, answer all inquiries by providing correct answers. Assist in the preparation of check voucher, staff claims and invoices.Update cash position report- collection part on a weekly basis Ensures timely and accurate preparation of requests for payment vouchers.Assist in monitoring and resolving tickets assigned to accounting. Assist in preparation of BIR tax returns.Ensure that your work quality meets the standards required and complete tasks in a timely and thorough manner with minimum supervision.Demonstrate cooperation and trust with colleagues, immediate heads and across departments.Petty Cash custodian Perform other tasks/duties as requested by superior.RequirementsCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.3+ years of working experience in a related field.Work effectively with customers and colleagues from different viewpoints and countriesProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Suite) is a must.Must be detail oriented and highly organized.Can work with minimal supervision.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.Experience working with a cloud-based accounting solution (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Odoo or equivalent).BenefitsFull Time Employment with competitive salary and benefitsMedical and dental insurance coverage
