职位描述

WSP, a world leading management and consultancy firm, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Tender Administrator  to join their Enterprise Team.

Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) 

Develop and maintain a central email repository of tender portal accounts, logins, invitations, EOI, RFP, etc.Review daily tender notifications, download tender documents and share with appropriate teams   Assist in the uploading of tender documentation within set timeframes Build and maintain an internal site to share information Compile all required confidentiality and supporting documentation related to tendering Compile all statutory declarations associated with tendering Ensure all confidentiality requirements are maintained Engage with internal and external stakeholders and communicate timeframes in line with tender deadlines Review, update and maintain Panels and Prequalification registers Assist the bids team with any administrative tasks 

Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable): 

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience

Experience, skills, and organisational knowledge 

2-5 years of experience in business administration, bidding, marketing, or communications Excellent verbal and written communications skills Experience in a proposal/contract administrative, business administrative, or similar role (preferably) Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Teams, SharePoint and Excel  Ability to work under pressure to deadlines Experience in professional services is preferable 

Personal Attributes 

Excellent organisational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment Ability to take the initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently and within a team An understanding of the tendering process is highly desirable, or a willingness to learn this field Professional, approachable, and dependable  Strong attention to detail and efficient organisational and time management skills The ability to handle multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment  Enthusiastic, confident, and a "can-do" attitude Ability to build rapport quickly with others
