Duties and Responsibilities

In coordination with Purchasing and based on the Receiving Report, SAP encoder will enter the actual number of items received in Goods Receipt PO function of SAP system.Entering and processing incoming items which are not under the Goods Receipt PO in the Goods Receipt function.Process location transfer requests in the Inventory Transfer Request function.Enter and record Inter-Warehouse transfers in the Inventory Transfer function.Process, Print and maintain Goods Issue document.Generates Pick-list as part of Order-processing system, ensuring efficiency of the warehouse processes and that all policies related to it are being followed.In cases of Goods return, SAP Encoder will enter the items being returned to specific locations as per approved disposition.Generate and Print Inventory Counting sheets as instructed by the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor and/or FAD representative.Monitors Inventory levels of Finished Goods and assist in ensuring that all Sales orders are served.Perform other tasks as deemed necessary or as informed by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

Graduate of Accountancy or related courses.Open for fresh graduates.Atleast 2 years of related work experience is an advantage.Must be keen to details and able to work well in a fast paced setting.Must be able to communicate clearly both oral and written.Working knowledge with SAP system is ideal as well as Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.Can start ASAP.
