Sources applicants for all vacant positions, coordinates with various private organizations to get referrals, and participates in job fairs provided by LGUs, Schools and UniversitiesMaintains and categorizes job applications of external candidates received and reviews applicationsAdministers and interpret relevant examinations to all short listed external applicants and conduct initial interviewCoordinates interview schedules and feedback on selection of external candidates with requisitioning Business UnitsProvides timely feedback on job application to candidatesFacilitates the completeness of pre-employment requirements and documents of newly hired TMs prior to hiringAssists in the conduct of on-boarding program by preparing the orientation materials and logistics 

Employee Engagement

Coordinates and arranges facilities/amenities reservations, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other external services needed
