Monthly Basic Salary: PHP 134,750.00
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION:
Master's Degree or its equivalent, or Certificate of Leadership and Management from the CSC
EXPERIENCE:
5 years of supervisory/management experience
TRAINING:
120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention; OR 40 hours MCLE/CPE/CPD and 80 hours management training
ELIGIBILITY:
Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility; RA 1080 (BAR, CPA, ENG.)
