Business Development Leads Officer

I. Job Description:

Lead Generation officer is responsible for gaining customers and ensuring that they work to attain a set goal and grow excellently. They are in touch with potential clients seeking information on the products and services the companies provide. They also conduct research to identify new markets, and customer needs as well as developing a plan that is focused on financial gain and client satisfaction

II. Key Responsibilities:

Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiativesResearching prospective accounts in target marketsPursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycleDeveloping quotes and proposals for prospective clientsSetting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goalsTraining business development staffAttending conferences and industry eventsDevelop marketing strategies for projectsWork closely with the sales team on program development and implementationCreate and execute lead generation programsAnalyze data to determine campaign efficiencyDevelop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the management teamCreates and develops new campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing materials. 

III. Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relation or any related field.Strong organization and leadership skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Have large networks to collaborateExcellent analytical, communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal, teamwork, creativity and imagination Good oral and written communication, influencing and negotiation
