Area Manager

R2 Group Of Exclusive Brands owns multiple brands across the country in the grooming & wellness industry. Currently hiring for 2 Area Manager to support are NCR and North East Branches. The Area Manager must be willing to travel in every store visits across Central and North East Branches but also be willing to report in the head office here in Makati at a certain schedule.

ORGANIZATION RELATIonSHIP Reports to the Head of Operations, supervises directly the Store Managers and Assistant Store Supervisors.

Responsibilities:

Plans and implements approved budget in line with annual profitability targets by monitoring sales revenues and managing cost.Implements store SOP’s which includes selling and cash management, facilities maintenance and upkeep.Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service, operational and financial standards throughout stores within cluster and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of Service Leaders and the staffGenerate sales reportsEnsure stores' ConditionMonitor direct reports/staff in assigned storesAttend and resolve customer concernsCovered locations are NCR and North East Areas
