Digital & Content Associate (Consultancy-based)

Our sister company RedTorch Communications is in need of a Digital and Content Associate with the following qualifications:

Must be a graduate of Communication, Marketing and AdvertisingAt least 1 year of working experience in a related fieldStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketingWorking experience in digital marketing is a plusPhotography and Adobe Photoshop skills is a plusAdaptable to changing work set-up. In the interim, the agency is working from home but applicant must be willing to work in Circulo Verde, Quezon City when agency deems it safe to report to the physical office.Amenable to consultancy-based engagement (minimum of 6 months)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams across the agency to support campaigns and projects from development to executionMonitor KPIs for social media campaignsUpdate and maintain documentation and database for social mediaUtilize online digital tools to help measure campaign effectivenessExtract digital reports, analyze data, interpret results, and provide recommendations to improve digital campaignsManage digital campaigns and day-to-day activities. This includes writing for social media platforms, conceptualizing campaigns, and other related tasksProduce content based on project requirements (graphics/layout, photo/video, captions, etc)Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend based on insightsPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsBuild and maintain company’s social media presence
