职位描述

Responsibilities

·  Conduct research and field evaluations on new products

·  Obtain process technology and equipment formulation for production

·  Customize formulas and use different reagents to test chemical reactions

·  Improves current formulations of products when needed

·  Support scale-ups from prototype to batch production to mass production

·  Develop new products and improve functioning of existing products

·  Costing of raw materials

·  Research product formulations and properties of raw materials

·  Obtain data and information required for regulatory submission

· Develop and formulate product prototypes and evaluate them for chemical and physical properties, performance, and stability

·  Maintain lab equipment and troubleshoot or report on malfunctions

·  Perform development projects within the approved budget

·  Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines

·  Establish product specifications and procedures as required for research and development projects

·  Provide technical support to marketing team toward new client

· Sterilize equipment and store materials in secure places
