Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for close supervision of laboratory staff work for the accuracy of analysisDevelops new method for measuring and monitoring of laboratory analysisPlans overall work activity of laboratory analysis based on prioritiesFacilitates ISO 17025:2017 readiness for accreditationRequired Skills and Qualification:Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License in Chemistry or equivalent;Minimum of 3 years experience on Chemical Laboratory Operations and management;In-depth knowledge of standard In-organic Laboratory procedures, techniques and safety practicesKnowledgeable in ISO 17025:2017 standard and its requirements and applicationBenefits:Cash earning capacity of up to 16 months annual including Productivity Bonus, cash conversion of unused leaves and 14th month payDaily Meal AllowanceMonthly Rice AllowanceComprehensive Health Card coverage extended to one(1) qualified dependent
